To secure a date, hosts are asked to purchase the first 10 tickets as a deposit.
If the Host is successful in selling the minimum required tickets their deposit will be reimbursed in full following the gig.
The required minimum tickets must be sold by Host 14 days prior to gig date. Failing this, the Hosts gig may be cancelled and their deposit will be retained in full and paid to the artist.*
If a Host cancels for any reason after confirming a gig and paying the deposit, their deposit will be retained in full and paid to the Artist less Parlour service fees.
If a Host requests to reschedule the date, we will first run it by you for approval. Deposit (less Parlour service fee and booking fees) will be paid to you in the event that you cannot reschedule your gig.
If an Artist cancels within 10 days from a gig, the deposit will be paid back to the Host and all guests will be refunded. It is your responsibility to keep an eye on your dashboard, track your ticket sales and let us know if you have any concerns.
Note: If deposits are applied to your gig, there will be 10 additional tickets available to each gig in your dashboard.
